A. If I am working on more than 3 simultaneous projects in design phase (10% - 40%), can I get help? If yes, what kind?
Of course! You can get help with 2D drawings for your 4th project and beyond. You can contact your Delivery Manager for this.
B. Is my payout on the final order value?
It is payable on the Net Order Value (order value before tax). Your first installment is payable on the initial quote value (at 10% order booking value). Your subsequent installments are payable on the final quote value (on which the customer pays 40%). Since the two quotes often differ, subsequent installments will also contain any adjustments.
C. How do I become a Super Express Designer?
Super Express Designers are nominated by the 3rd of every month, based on your orders closed, NPS, referrals and compliance with processes.
D. If I refer a family member or friend to Rafael.in as a customer, what will be my payout?
If your referral converts into a Rafael order, we will share an additional 3% (on Order Value Net of Tax) with you. For this, you will also be the lead designer on the project.
In case you are not involved in closing the deal with the customer or leading this project, you are entitled to our standard Rs. 10,000 referral bonus. The customer you refer also gets a Rs. 10,000 referral bonus in the form of a flat discount. This is for a minimum order value of Rs. 4,00,000.

E. Is there any other bonus or incentive for good performance?
Yes, there will be a Quarterly Bonus depending on the total orders booked by you.
