10 Years Kitchen Warranty

DMK is proud to offer 10 YEARS Warranty to provide the peace-of-mind everyone should have in their home. DMK has been particularly focused in the manufacturing fine Kitchens for over 13 years. Our reputation for exceptional quality has been truly established since our founding. In fact, we are so confident in our quality and workmanship. That we stand behind any and all products manufactured and supplied by us for as long as our customers own them. We warrant to the original consumer / purchaser of our kitchens. For a defect-free use of kitchen during lifetime. Which is about 10 years as far as the material and workmanship are concerned. Under normal home use and service at the initial site of installation.

This warrantee is only applicable to our kitchens installed residential application within Republic of India. And is not transferable to subsequent owners. Our obligation under this warranty will be only limited to the repair, replacement of any part or parts of our kitchen. Which may persuade be defective, under normal home use. And service within the warranty period. And which our examination will disclose to our satisfaction to be defective. Our obligation to this warranty or otherwise with respect to the kitchen. Supplied by DMK is subject to DMK having been provided a reasonable opportunity to inspect. Assess and repair / or replace the alleged defective part or workmanship.

DMK will not be responsible for any indirect, consequential or any other form of damage or loss.

Which isn’t expressly and specifically covered by this warrantee. This warranty does not apply to mellowing / ageing of wood products. Due to photo degradation to it’s finished appearance (i.e., the effect of natural and artificial light to woods and finishes). Or variation in the wood grain / color; fading etc. This warranty does not cover counter-tops, plumbing fixtures or any and all products not manufactured by DMK. Although supplied or the cost and expenses, including labor, incurred in removing or installing our products and related components.

This warranty will not apply to the effects of normal wear and tear. Or any product or part thereof which has been subjected to accident, alteration, water seepage, acts of God, abuse, misuse, improper storage, non domestic usage, use of wrong cleaning products or wrong cleaning methods, excessive exposure to direct sunlight, exposure to moisture, or exposures to extreme temperatures. Without limiting the generality of forgoing. We make no warranty whatsoever with respect to accessories or parts not manufactured or supplied by us. Warranties of all the Appliances are directly offered by the respective Appliance Companies.

For all the after sales service calls, customer is expected to directly call the customer care of the respective Brand and log the call. We also recommend you to share the complaint log No. with DMK customer care. So that we can follow-up on your behalf with the respective brand for prompt service. Upon approval of warranty claim. The approximate lead time for replacement of defective part will vary from product to product. And shall accordingly be communicated to the client. DMK reserves the right to alter design, specifications and material. Without obligation to create similar changes to product previously manufactured.

If a warranty claim is filed after a style is no longer being manufactured by DMK. Then DMK reserves the right to fully satisfy its obligations under this warranty. By either replacing the affected part with a brand new component of a similar style. Or if DMK no longer has any more components of the same style. With a style supplied by DMK which is the most similar to the affected component. With a value not higher than the price of original product purchased. If components are replaced, DMK does not guarantee. That the finish of these replacements, will precisely match the finish of any surrounding components. This is due to the changes that occur during the Wood / Finishs’s natural ageing process, affecting its color and grain.

The warranty on the supplied material / services would be applicable. Only in case of timely & complete payment of the dues received as per agreed payment terms. Meaning the warranty is void if the payments are not made within the time as per agreed & finalized payment terms. DMK will provide three free maintenance services scheduled twice within the first year. And once at the end of second year. Wherein our technicians will come with prior appointment for preventive alignments /servicing. Besides the scheduled preventive maintenance as above. If there is any problem in between, a complaint should be lodged and a call for servicing be made. The problem will be attended to promptly in a reasonable time. Post the free preventive maintenance within the first two years. DMK recommends an AMC for the preventive maintenance. Which is available at a concessional charge.

“THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU, OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE, And OF ALL OTHERS OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES ON OUR PART. WE NEITHER ASSUME, NOR AUTHORIZE ANY OTHER PERSON INCLUDING OUR SALES REPRESENTATIVES, DEALERS, AND DISTRIBUTORS TO EXTEND OR ASSUME FOR US ANY OTHER WARRANTY, CONDITION OR LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OF OUR KITCHENS, THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE PARTS WILL BE THE PURCHASER’S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND THE PURCHASER HEREBY WAIVES ALL OTHERWISE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, AND ALL CLAIMS AGAINST DMK FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES.”

To be able to claim this warranty. You need to follow the specific care instructions (Guidelines).

Provided within the form of brochure at the time of handover of the kitchen.

To file a warranty claim, please write to DMK. With complete description of how the defect has occurred and the proof of purchase (Invoice No. and Date of purchase). Post which an inspection will be carried out by the authorized representative for processing the claim ahead.
